The Reading Bursary provides additional financial support to UK/EU full time undergraduate students. It provides up to £1,000 which can be taken in the form of either a cash bursary or partial fee waiver.
Awarded to students who have been in the care of the local authority for at least 3 months since the age of 14 and is under the age of 25 years on the 1st August 2017.
This award is available to UK students of all subjects who are the son, daughter, spouse, widow or widower of a commercial traveller, Chemist or Grocer.
The Pre-Application Bursary offers UK undergraduate disabled students financial support if they make a visit to the University of Reading, specifically relating to their disability.
Awarded to UK/EU/International students who achieve the highest a Level grades in their year of entry (from a selected group of degree subjects).
Available to UK undergraduate students who have been invited to an offer holder's Visit Day or Interview by the department they have applied to.
The prize will be awarded to students who show the best performance in their Part 1 examinations, as identified by each faculty.
The Placement Bursary is available to support eligible undergraduate students with additional costs associated with undertaking a placement or study abroad/ERASMUS programme.
Awarded to students who are studying a full-time or part-time course with an element of Theatre, Arts or History and who have a recognised disability.
The Pioneer Bursary provides additional financial support to UK/EU full time undergraduate students who are entering the university for the first time in September 2017. It provides up to £1000 to students whose household income is between £25,001 and £26,000.
Available to students who have secured a place on the Teach First Development Programme.
