Please note we have taken the very difficult decision to cancel our summer graduation ceremony.
In line with the most up-to-date UK Government guidance, the Graduation Team are now working remotely from home and are not in our Whiteknights-based office. This means that we are unable to provide a few of our services.
The University is actively considering contingency measures for all events and activities in the summer term and we will keep you updated with any developments. Our Essentials webpages are being refreshed regularly with the latest information and advice, so please continue to monitor these as well as your University email address.
For the foreseeable future we are unable to complete any of the below requests and therefore the previous aim to respond within 15 working days will no longer apply. Postal services whilst still running cannot be guaranteed.
- Replacement degree certificates
- Certified degree certificate copies
- Requests for certified documents to be sent to overseas organisations (WES etc.)
- Posting of degree certificate from previous ceremonies
Third party verification requests can still be submitted via the Higher Education Degree Data check (HEDD) service.
Please note that it may not be possible to confirm awards pre-1980 at this time due to the need to access physical records.
